In fact, we have put in place various measures to help all our staff achieve a better balance.

During the summer, for example, we work a 4-day, 35-hour week, but employees are paid for a total of 40 hours. This initiative lets employees make the most of the sunnier months and devote more time to their families and personal activities.

This measure is currently being tested and could potentially be applied throughout the year.

FMB’s approach also focuses on flexible work hours.

We know that day-to-day life can be unpredictable, so we offer our employees flexibility in managing their schedules. This flexibility enables them to better adapt to their family and personal obligations, helping to reduce the stress associated with scheduling constraints.

What’s more, our employees enjoy two paid breaks a day, contributing to efficient time management and greater productivity.

At FMB, we also place special emphasis on vacation time, offering two weeks’ paid vacation during the construction holiday period. After three years with the company, employees have the option of choosing a third week of vacation whenever they wish. If necessary, they can also take unpaid leave.
